New 5★ review from Maria G.
“Best egg sandwich in town, and they always remember my order.”
Suggested reply
Thank you, Maria! Remembering your order is the best part of our mornings. See you at the counter soon.

Why bother replying?
Customers read your replies
In BrightLocal's 2026 consumer survey, most people said they expect businesses to respond to reviews. A thoughtful reply shows the next customer that someone is paying attention.
A lot of local shops don't
When we looked at the reviews Google shows for 85 Long Island businesses in October 2026, 37 had no owner reply on any of them. Laundromats, delis and auto shops replied least.
Canned replies don't help
“Thanks for the review!” pasted 50 times reads like nobody cares. We mention what the customer actually said, so every reply sounds like you.

How it works
- 1
A new review comes in
You forward Google's "new review" email to us, or add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. Either takes about two minutes to set up.
- 2
We draft a reply that sounds like you
Our AI writes a short, specific reply in your tone, in English or Spanish. Anything 1-2 stars or sensitive gets checked by a person first.
- 3
You tap approve
The draft lands in your inbox. Approve, edit or skip. On Starter you paste it into Google with one button. On Done-for-you, we post it for you.
Plus a QR review card for your counter so more happy (and unhappy) customers leave reviews. We ask everyone the same way and never offer anything in exchange. Our review policy.
Simple pricing
Big review platforms often want annual contracts and several hundred dollars a month. We're month-to-month and built for one-location shops.

Questions
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Replying to your own reviews is something Google encourages. We only post through your own Google profile with your permission, and we never scrape Google, buy reviews or post fake ones.
Will you hide or filter my bad reviews?
No. Nobody can remove honest reviews, and we don't try. We also never "gate" review requests (asking only happy customers to post). Every customer gets the same invitation, which is what Google's policies and the FTC's rules require.
Do I have to approve every reply?
By default, yes. Nothing goes public without your OK. If you'd like, you can let us auto-post replies to 4-5 star reviews later. Low-star replies always need your approval.
Can't I just do this myself, or use Google's AI button?
You can, and some owners do. Google has been testing an AI reply button, and cheap apps exist. What you're paying us for is never having to think about it: we watch for reviews, write replies that don't sound canned, handle the tricky ones carefully, and help you get more reviews. And we're local, so you can actually reach a person.
Is there a contract?
No. 14-day free trial, then month-to-month. Cancel any time by replying to any email from us.
Who is behind ReplyIsland?
